We aim to make this holiday an educational and rewarding experience for your child. Below are the six core programs we will conduct with them over two weeks.

Basic Taekwondo

Besides teaching them basic Taekwondo techniques, we aspire to teach them discipline and respect, which are integral parts of Taekwondo.

Daily living skills

In daily living skills, we build on what they learned in school and teach them practical activities such as managing money and doing household chores.

Yoga

In yoga, we teach techniques to help individuals calm themselves in stressful situations instead of relying on their usual self-steaming behaviors. These techniques are a vital journey of self-regulation that aligns with expectations in neurotypical circles.

Play Skills

In play skills, we encourage them to explore new interests and games, rather than sticking to their usual routines. We introduce them to new rules and activities, even if they may not like them. We believe that taking chances and trying new things is an integral part of life and we want them to have that experience.

Art

During art activities, we ensure that the children understand group instructions while also developing their fine motor skills and creativity.

Outdoor adventure

We also take them outdoors to explore nature, learn about road safety, and strengthen their joint attention skills and ability to follow instructions.
