During reflection time, we encourage our students to share with us about their day. We introduce a series of exercises to help them identify their own emotions, and over time, they will learn how to express themselves better.
In our daily reflections with our kids, we touch on a sensitive subject: "What is bullying?". They need to know what constitutes bullying and how to react to it.
