Support curriculum and instructional excellence alongside our teachers.

• Co-plan lessons with teachers, contributing ideas for lessons and behaviour support.
• Prepare learning environments, materials and resources for teaching and learning.
• Maintain the classroom environment and facilities for maximum student engagement.
• Assist students individually or in groups during lesson delivery.
• Support the health, medical, safety and daily living needs of students.

Teach children with learning difficulties and manage behaviour and academic challenges.

• Report to the Manager for Education.
• Run programmes following our philosophy and guidelines.
• Carry out periodic assessments to track student progress against agreed objectives.
• Provide timely feedback to the Director for Education and parents on lesson issues.
• Work with management to continuously improve work processes.

Support therapists before, during and after behaviour therapy sessions.

• Support department administration and operations.
• Participate in continuing education to further knowledge in behaviour therapy.
• Minimum ITE / GCE 'N' level or equivalent, or relevant therapy support certification.
• Good basic English communication, interpersonal skills and a team-oriented personality.
• Prior experience as a therapy assistant is preferred but not required.
